Vacuum stone  lifters are a great way to lift, carry and store large stone slabs. The vacuum lifters are designed to provide a safe, secure and cost-effective solution for lifting, carrying and storing stone slabs weighing up to 1 tonne.

The vacuum stone lifter is ideal for all applications where a regular forklift truck cannot be used due to the size or shape of the load. The vacuum lifters are available with lifting capacities from 1 tonne up to 5 tons. The equipment can be used in both indoor and outdoor environments and has been designed specifically for use with stone slabs.

There are two types of vacuum lifters that can be used for handling stone slabs: single acting (linear) or double acting (rotary). Single acting models have a single cylinder which operates in an upward and downward direction while double acting models have two cylinders which operate on either side of the body. Both types can be fitted with different lifting attachments depending on what type of material needs to be handled by the machine

Our stone vacuum lifters are designed to lift and transport slabs of stone, with a maximum weight capacity of 1,000 kg. The lifter can be used with a forklift or crane, and is ideal for moving large slabs of stone in a warehouse, factory or construction site.

The lifter consists of a steel frame with four wheels and two vacuum pads. The vacuum pads are placed under the slab, where they grip the surface securely by suction. The lifter has an operating range from -5°C to 40°C and can be used on smooth floors with no need for lubrication.
