Heavy-duty Hydraulic Flip-Rotate Glass Vacuum Lifter

The RDS series glass vacuum lifter, powered by
robust hydraulic force, can lift glass units up to 10 tons, enabling electric flipping and rotating of
glass panels. This capability meets the demands of increasingly large glass curtain wall constructions. Vacuum lifters with a capacity of over 3 tons feature independent suction cup groups or single large suction cups equipped with separate vacuum systems. These are controlled uniformly via wireless remote, allowing individual suction cups to be activated or deactivated as needed, enhancing safety and reliability. Quick replacement of suction cup components enables the lifter to handle irregularly shaped glass, including curved glass. The equipment has been involved in prominent global curtain wall projects such as the Beijing Urban Center Library (Forest of Books) and the
Taikang Life Insurance Building in Beijing. It has successfully installed glass curtain walls, some exceeding 17 meters in height and weighing close to 8 tons, with zero damage, showcasing its impeccable performance in glass facade installation.
